We are currently searching for a Doctor of Audiology/Audiologist to join our team! This position is located in our St. Cloud office, and is a full time or part-time salaried position.

As a Provider at Amdahl Hearing, you will be supported by a staff of professionals, have access to the latest technology, and work in a comfortable, career-driven environment. This position is located within a practice that has many years of experience in the industry, and has developed a strong database and loyal following of satisfied patients based on outstanding customer service and exemplary patient care. This position includes both clinical audiology and hearing aid dispensing; serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to adults. Responsibilities

Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history, and performing a thorough examination (done on both adult and pediatric patients).

Make recommendations to clients based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

  • Maintain and repair devices from a variety of manufacturers.
  • Establish rapport and create professional relationships with patients to create repeat and referral business.
  • Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs and verify the fit via Real Ear measures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Be committed to excellent follow-up care to patients and their devices.
  • Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Excellent customer service and communication (spoken and written) skills
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve
  • Commitment to continued education
  • Understanding and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and superior customer service, as well as always maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and staff members
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing required

Licensure

  • Must have Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by the state of Minnesota
  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Minnesota is required
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
