Overview
The Hospice Program Director is responsible for the practice, growth and performance of hospice staff through the direct supervision of clinical supervisors, coordinators and other staff assigned. Responsible for program development and participation in other assigned projects of the organization. Participates in the direction and management of the organization and is a liaison between administrative, direct care and support personnel. May fill role as Agency Administrator as needed, per State of Connecticut Licensure Regulations.
