?? What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in core academic subjects.

• Build a welcoming and well-managed classroom where every student feels safe and inspired to learn.

• Use assessments and data to guide instruction and celebrate student growth.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication.

• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-driven environment focused on professional development and innovation.

?? What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Valid Wisconsin DPI license (#1777 or #1088).

• Experience teaching upper elementary grades is a plus.

• Strong planning, classroom management, and communication skills.

• Passion for equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning.
