Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
Caseload: Approximately 30 students

Position Overview

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in Goleta, California for the upcoming school year. This role involves traveling between school sites and working closely with students to support their functional and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Document services and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers

Compensation

• Local Pay: $70/hour
• Travel Package: $3,359/week (includes stipends for housing, meals, etc.)

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of professional OT experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB test or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
