What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Amergis Healthcare Staffing?
Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, theCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy servicesincluding treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, anddocumentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification or licensure as an OccupationalTherapy Assistant in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyAssistant required
- One (1) year of experience as an Occupational TherapyAssistant preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
