Job Description: As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure the smooth operation of our inventory. Your duties will include receiving and storing goods, managing stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and ordering and scheduling material.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate inventory management software and other warehouse equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
