Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive Customer Interaction

· Telephone Calls, Personal Visits

• Know our Customers

· Their actual story, not just the account statistics

• Have a great sense of urgency

· Getting involved early when a customer is delinquent gives us the best opportunity to solve their issue before it’s too late

• Routinely do standard math to help understand how we can help a customer get back on track

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Experience in customer service
• Be able to perform the essential math duties required to help resolve customer financial issues

Advancement Opportunities: Associates in the area of collections are measured on a quarterly basis within their respective regions as well as measured along with the entire company’s workforce. Associates who are consistently in the top 20% of Account Representatives company wide will be shared with our internal recruiting group looking for management or to fill new roles as our company grows.

Compensation:

New Account Representatives start at $14.50 per hour.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
