Summary
This position will be primarily responsible for conducting field audits, completing assigned compliance program responsibilities, and carrying out training initiatives.
This position will include a company vehicle and computer.
This is a Safety Sensitive position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Conducting on-site field audits at Company dealerships.
· Conducting audit closing interviews with dealership management.
· Completing audit reports for on-site audits and providing the same to dealership management, as well as Department Leadership.
· Identifying areas of deficiency at the store level and documenting the deficiencies in reports to Department Leadership.
· Conducting on-site dealership training as assigned by the Senior Compliance and Audit Manager.
· Completing compliance and audit initiatives as assigned by the Senior Compliance and Audit Manager.
· Assisting Department Leadership in Compliance and Audit investigations.
· Assisting in the escalation and follow up of discrepancies identified during remote audits and on-site training.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
· Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
· Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
