What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at America's Floor Source?
Are you an experienced Customer Service Coordinator with a passion for detail and people? JP Flooring Design Center, an America’s Floor Source Company, is looking to expand our team and is searching for a full-time Customer Service Associate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of RFMS software is a plus.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Resolve product or service issue by clarifying problem, expediting correction and follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage calls, texts and help tickets
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Usage of RFMS and FreshDesk software as required to complete job functions
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Experience in RFMS (preferred, but not required)
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
