Our company is currently searching for a friendly and organized Call Center Sales Representative to handle incoming calls and respond promptly to customer requests. Call Center Representative responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, collecting payments and referring callers to the appropriate department. You will answer questions about company policies, procedures and products. As a Call Center Representative, you must have a calm and friendly personality, good communication skills and an excellent command of the English language. You must be highly attuned to customer’s needs to provide accurate responses. Ultimately, your goal is to position our company as an expert in our field by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
