What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trucking Manager position at American Concrete and Construction, LLC?
o Responsible for managing local trucking company
o Manager of roughly 15 employees, mostly drivers
o Hours are Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays
o 60-70 hours per week
o Hours are typically 6am-6pm, but starting hours vary, and can be as early as 2am occasionally
Individual Skill Requirements:
·Capable of multi tasking
·Computer literate, multiple computer programs to learn
·Fine attention to detail
·Answering multiple phones, good at communicating
·Prior concrete experience preferred, but not required
·2 years of Management experience required
·Mechanically inclined individual is preferred, but not required
·Must be detail oriented, punctual and have excellent organizational & customer service skills.
