Come to work on the Client Services Team at ACCC. We are the recipient of the 2021 BBB award and we have been nominated for Top Place to Work in Boston. We are an award winning, Nationally recognized, FIVE STAR Non-Profit organization whose mission is to help people take control of their lives and get out of debt through financial counseling and education.
Our Client Sucess Managers are the face of the company. We take pride in providing excellent customer service. We help resolve issues for our clients seamlessly by helping them come up with the best solutions for them and working with the creditors on their behalf. We support our clients with unresolved paperwork, account issues and billing tasks. We do this all with compassion and understanding. This fulfilling role is for someone who really wants to make a difference in people’s lives. This is not a management position you will be managing Clients Accounts.
Initial Training is 6-8 weeks, Monday - Friday 9-5 onsite in Auburndale, MA. After initial training there will be a HYBRID option for you to work from home. We are looking for people to work the 9- 5 pm or the 11-7pm shift All M-F. Highly perferred if you are bilingual and can speak both spanish and english fluently! $18.00-$19.00 / hr. What you need to qualify is a desire to do good things in the world. Also, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Do you have a minimum of 1 year or customer service? You will need basic knowledge of excel, basic math skills, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, correspondence for clients; demonstrate telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail; ability to interact and work in a team environment; demonstrate ability to comprehend verbal and written information in addition to responding to clients and / or employees.
Salary : $18 - $19
