Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Follow up on no-shows and appointment cancellations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Process payments and daily reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dental office experience required
- Dentrix software experience is a plus
- Strong insurance verification skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for coverage
