Dental Specialist Treatment Plan Coordinator (Part-Time) $24 - $26

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our Specialist teams in our Montgomery County Practices. If you love assisting patients with their treatment options, and are dedicated to providing top-notch service, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Calculate copays and present financial responsibility for our specialist’s
  • Guide patients through detailed treatment plans
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional service with a strong customer-first approach

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treatment planning, including copay calculations and financial presentations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in office administration is a plus
