Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Innovate: Lead the development, refinement, and innovation of large-scale data and analysis models.

• Data Identification: Identify and recommend relevant data sources and sets, including new structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
• Analytical Experimentation: Conceptualize, design, and execute analytical experiments aimed at addressing business challenges and exploring opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Master s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data science, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing technical teams.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in R or Python (R preferred), coupled with strong capabilities in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
• Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, research-oriented environment managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex analyses and findings to senior business and financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery of analytical projects.
