We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes in Texas and the Southwest. Get home every week for a 34-hour reset, earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience, and enjoy steady miles with no-touch freight. Rider & Pet Policy available from day one.

What We Offer
- Home Weekly – 34-hour reset at home
- Pay: $0.54–$0.60 CPM ($1,200 per week)
- Miles: 2,200 per week (varies by HOS & availability)
- Freight: 100% no-touch (50-60% drop & hook)
- Routes: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Western Tennessee
- Rider & Pet Policy – Bring a passenger or pet from day one
- Equipment: 2021 Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
- 24/7 Support – You’re never alone on the road
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra
- Full benefits start after 30 days
- Paid orientation – Includes travel and lodging
- Age: 21
- Experience: 3 months recent CDL-A (Local, OTR, or Regional in the last 3 years)
- Equipment: Must have experience with trailers over 40 feet
- Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months)
- Safety Record: No more than 4 incidents in 3 years, and no DOT Recordable accidents
- Drug Testing: Must pass hair follicle & urine test
- No SAP drivers
