Eastern Elevator is a part of American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. To help drive our continued growth, we are seeking to add a business development professional in Western PA/Pittsburgh area.
The Business Development Manager will communicate the benefits of the company's services to increase sales. In this role you will be the point of contact for prospects and/or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating current and future customers on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, while providing existing customers with exceptional support, information, and assistance. This position incorporates both inside and outside duties including visiting customer sites and taking orders via phone and email.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred and 2 years of sales experience in construction or industrial equipment service sales (elevator service highly preferred). Previous commercial and/or residential elevator installation or servicing experience a strong plus. You should possess a positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal/communication/presentations skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels, a willingness to prospect and identify new business opportunities, which will entail cold-calling and prospecting for new clients. You should be a highly organized person who can monitor numerous projects at once and who can prioritize opportunities and has the analytical ability and business acumen to focus on profitable wins and have the ability to understand the clients business, identify solutions & communicate value by proposing and persuading to buy and assist with project management.
Salary : $57,800 - $73,200
