American Exposition Services is a national service contractor for the exhibitions, trade show and face to face marketing community.
Summary:
AES is seeking an Exhibitor Services Representative to work in a customer experience capacity. Representative will work with other support staff on larger events and independently on smaller shows.
The Basics:
· Serves as a primary exhibitor contact, managing and maintaining exhibitor orders, requests and payments.
· Prepares outgoing mail to include federal express, certified mail, and express mail.
· Enters orders, and assists in compiling and sending exhibitor information, receipts, confirmations, invoices, and service kits.
· Prepares and maintains correspondence and files regarding exhibitors to include photocopying and sending as needed.
· Prepares letters for clients from standard form letters stored on a computer as required.
· Compiles and maintains third-party vendor information for service kits.
· Receives and accounts for exhibitor payments.
· Orders, files, and maintains any insurance requirements for exhibitors, clients, and/or venue.
· Operates a scanner/copier machine to receive and send documents in an efficient manner.
· Prepares exhibitor email campaigns, reminders, and revisions.
· Audits show files pre-show, onsite and post-show
· Attends shows as working staff member.
· Flexible on schedule. Work weekends and at times long hours.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
- Minimum one years of related experience and/or training
- Requires analysis and judgment relative to customer’s needs
- Ability to communicate, organize and work collaboratively
- Capable of running new/modified processes efficiently
- Proficient in multisystem management
- Ability to foster customer relationships
- Potential Travel 25-50%
- General accounting and finance knowledge
- Excellent responsiveness and ability to balance multiple accounts
- Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiar with Apple products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
