Manager Digital Product Management – Global Accounts Receivable

Focus:
The Global Accounts Receivables team is a part of the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence (COE). The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market and modernizing AR. The team is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through development and enhancement of AR capabilities.
The Global AR Software Product Management team is looking for a talented and driven software Product Manager to lead the transformation of Account Receivable capabilities for the Core Card Platforms and help us build our next generation of technology assets. The primary focus area for this role will be the Global AR Big Data Platform.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As a key link in the product development process no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing:

Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap

Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements

Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.

Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities
-
Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key stakeholders to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.

Partner with international AR peers to drive capability globalization and market adoption of platform capabilities where appropriate.

Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance

Enable analytics drive decision making. Produce ROI analyses and optimization recommendations for roadmap.

Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.

Champion, support and implement agile principles.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience/Competencies
7 years experience in Software Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Ownership.

Experience building/using Big Data, Analytics and AI products.

Knowledge of Bank Accounts Receivable, Credit, Lending or Payment Products is preferable

Experience with BDD, scaled agile, and scrum software development methodologies.

Familiarity with one or more programming languages and software integration patterns preferred.

Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and an ability to articulate product vision and functionality.

Can decompose abstract information into meaningful and detailed business features and user stories.

Ability to separate technology requirements and constraints from core business value.

Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to research and analyse data to use in decision making.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
