Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site P&C Sales Associate role based in Avondale, AZ. The P&C Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships by offering personalized insurance solutions, explaining policy options, and addressing customer inquiries. The role includes tasks such as processing insurance applications, assisting with policy changes, and meeting sales targets. The associate will represent the company with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
