Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site P&C Sales Associate role based in Avondale, AZ. The P&C Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships by offering personalized insurance solutions, explaining policy options, and addressing customer inquiries. The role includes tasks such as processing insurance applications, assisting with policy changes, and meeting sales targets. The associate will represent the company with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver personalized solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, combined with active listening and the ability to explain complex insurance information clearly.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using technology and software, such as CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal systems for policy management.
• Licensure in Property and Casualty insurance or the ability to obtain state-required licenses within a defined timeframe.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
