AMFEC is searching for an administrative assistant that will work in our manufacturing facility. Not your typical office environment. While you will be working at a computer you will also be walking through our facility tracking project status. This position assists with scheduling and maintaining production. A background or aptitude for mechanical parts and processes is a plus. The position requires strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Successful candidate will demonstrate work ethic and passion for excellence. Attributes for success include strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities. Excel, Word, and Office computer experience required.
- Performing administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
- Following assembly documentation.
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- 1 years of experience in an Admin position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, emphasis on Excel and Word
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
