Overview
Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for a Health Services Assistant at our Long Prairie facility.
As a Health Services Assistant, you will:
- Lead pre-shift health screenings.
- Assist with translations in Health Services.
- Assist with employee care as needed.
- Translate for physical therapy.
- Conduct hearing tests.
- Complete filing and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and abide by HIPAA law.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write).
- Demonstrate a passion for learning and a willingness to build new skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR and/or first aid certification.
- Computer skills.
- CNA or similar training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work extended hours a day.
