Green Bay Dressed Beef LLC (Acme Street) an American Foods Group Company has opportunities for SQF Practitioner at our Acme plant. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a dedication to quality.

As our SQF Practitioner you will:
- Develop and lead the implementation of the SQF system at the facility.
- Provide maintenance and continuing improvement.
- Review and approve all SQF documents.
- Coordinate monthly SQF meetings as fitting with the Food Safety Team and the Food Quality Team to discuss and report issues, concerns, and improvements to maintain the integrity of the SQF system.
- Responsible for overseeing the employee training processes to ensure the successful completion and implementation of all required trainings.
- Responsible for staying current on all SQF updates and changes and communicating these changes to the Food Safety and Food Quality Team.
- Responsible for validating changes to the SQF system as they apply to producing safe food.
- Maintain appropriate paperwork.
- Required to communicate and work together with management and production workers to develop and maintain systems that promote quality.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be able to work in a variety of work environments and perform physical requirements of the job
- Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime. Must be able to work overtime as required. Start times and hours vary based on production needs.
- Have the following training: Safety, Safe Quality Food (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Food defense training.
