Outside Sales Representative

American Home Design is hiring full-time In-Home Sales Representatives for our Nashville team. Are you a natural born closer? Can you build rapport quickly with a stranger? Are you a top-notch listener? If so, WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM! Our In-Home Sales Representatives are provided pre-qualified leads and have an uncapped earning potential; making over six figures!

We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessee’s #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties; our representatives are well-trained and set-up for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw.

In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to build instant rapport with homeowners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment
