American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Lebanon area team. We have opportunities to work in the Lebanon & Hermitage locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you driven by incentives and bonuses? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are not selling a product, but you are selling a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!.
Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities:
- Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
- Schedule FREE water tests with homeowners; call the lead into the Call Center to confirm their appointment on the spot
- Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Promotions Rep Qualifications:
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
