What WE Do: Our mission is to empower people to participate. We plan & perform Private Events such as Murder Mysteries, Princess Parties, and Paparazzi events to make our clients feel truly special.
What will YOU do? As an Event Detail Coordinator, you will be assisting clients that have already booked an event with us with their details! You will go over the best options for timing, location, even the theme of their event among other details. You will play a major role in providing experiences and memories to clients that truly last a lifetime! This position is for our mid shift which is 11:00 am to 7:00 pm working in the office. This is not a remote position.
- Receive and make calls to clients that have already booked our services to confirm the details.
- Assist them through the rest of the process to help make their event as memorable as possible.
- Problem solve any tricky details that require more thought and care and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients so they continue to come back for more events for years to come.
Training will begin on Wednesday, August 27th, and you must be able to attend the training.
