Agricultural Diesel Technicians

Role Description:

As an Equipment Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customers' agricultural equipment. Your extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, combined with your ability to diagnose and repair complex problems, will ensure seamless equipment performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Thoroughly inspect and diagnose issues with agricultural equipment.
• Develop and implement effective repair plans to resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to deliver outstanding service and support.
• Stay current with industry developments through ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

• Three to five years' experience in agricultural equipment maintenance and repair.
• Technical certifications or specialized training in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven track record of resolving complex equipment problems.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
