What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tumbling Coach position at American Kids Sports Center?
We are looking to hire an energetic individual to join our tumbling staff. You will be responsible for coaching children while providing a safe and fun environment. If you are passionate about working with children we encourage you to apply! No prior experience needed, we provide in house training.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be dependable
- Provide excellent customer service
- Foster good values in students, like hard work, determination, goal setting, teamwork, etc.
- Work with other staff members to solve problems
- Portray an excellent reflection of the AKSC brand
- Must be organized and reliable to track student progress and communicate that progress to their parents
- Must have good communication skills with Gymnastics Director and other staff members, as well as students and parents.
- Must be computer literate to use some of the softwares AKSC utilizes
- Teach Gymnastics skills, as a way to help students find success and meet their goals
- Must complete all mandatory trainings and be willing to grow as an individual to benefit the program
Required Qualifications:
- Energetic personality
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds to safely spot gymnasts and move equipment
- Requires to be on your feet while being active for 3 hours a day
Working Conditions:
- Part time hours, evenings and weekends
- Must be available to work between the 2 locations

Salary : $16 - $18
