Position Overview
Deal Depot is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Newington retail location. This is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing and developing the store team, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Store Manager will work closely with warehouse operations and collaborate with other members of management to support company goals and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, supervise, and support store associates and key holders
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, merchandising standards, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory flow, deliveries, and product availability
- Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Enforce company policies, attendance standards, and workplace expectations
- Address customer questions, concerns, and escalations as needed
- Communicate regularly with management regarding store performance, staffing, and operational needs
- Collaborate with other Store Managers and leadership to align on best practices and company initiatives
Must Have
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role
- Retail management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on the sales floor and leading by example
- Reliable and professional work ethic
Nice to Have
- High-volume retail experience
- Experience coordinating with warehouse or distribution teams
- Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising standards
- Experience working in a growing or fast-paced company environment
Schedule and Availability
- Full-time, salaried position

- Schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Compensation
- Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
