Job Overview:
We are looking for a Production Worker to wind magnet coils using provided parts and instructions. This is a hands-on role that involves assembling magnet components, winding wire onto forms using a machine, and tracking winding progress carefully. The work requires attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to follow written instructions.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 06:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday 06:30 AM - 11:00 AM

A Day in this position:
We are not mass production, our projects take time. A typical day starts by setting up a magnet assembly on a winding rod and mounting it into the winding lathe. The coil is then “wet wound” with epoxy according to written instructions, with each layer carefully recorded. Windings must be neat and consistent, with close attention paid to wire placement. It is common to work on multiple magnets while they undergo other stages of production. Once winding is complete, the finished coil is prepared and sent to the finishing area for final connections.
Experience:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- On-the-job training will be provided
