Qualifications:
- Must have regional marketing experience in long term care
- Must have nursing home experience
- Must have relationships with local hospitals and case managers in the Tampa, FL area
- Must have practical working knowledge of business development and long-term care
- Ability to negotiate effectively with external agencies and organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and develop appropriate strategic plans
