Key Responsibilities
- Change Management: Handle and process requests for changes in address, name, owner, and plan type for annuity policies.
- Spousal Assumptions: Manage and oversee the process of spousal assumption on annuity policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Coverage Verifications: Verify the coverage details of annuity policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Value Inquiries: Address and resolve questions related to the value of annuity policies, providing clear and accurate information to policyholders.
- Statement Requests: Process and fulfill requests for policy statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to policyholders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy changes and related transactions.
- Background in finance or annuities.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software.
