Hygiene Patient Coordinator
Established busy multi doctor IV sedation practice seeking an experienced Hygiene Patient Coordinator whose passion is making things happen. The ideal candidate must be a team player, dependable, very organized and thrive on multi-tasking.
Key Responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to:
Greet patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
Schedule appointments for your hygienists, including filling in all open time on the hygiene schedule
Problem solve and have ability to fill last minute holes in schedules
Discuss cost of services, insurance coverage and prepare financial arrangements with patients
Collect payments at the time of service from patients
Enter and track patient treatment plans in computer system
Communicate to patients, information about recommended treatments
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year dental front desk experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate a must (Dentrix experience is a plus)
Mon-Thurs 8:30-5 and alternating Fri/Sat from 7:30-2:00 (38 hours per week).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
