Appointment Setter

American Solar & Roofing is seeking an outgoing, positive and supportive Appointment Setter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a fantastic attitude, entrepreneur spirit, and a willingness to learn. This position has an hourly pay, plus bonus. This is an in-person position at our office located near 36th St. & University in Phoenix.

What we are looking for:

• Attendance is key, your monetary success is dependent on you being at work daily
• Ability to adjust to inbound and outbound sales calls
• Great communication skills and able to walk new clients through getting started with solar and roofing

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of prior phone or selling experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Anility to lean, listen and quickly pick up on training and product knowledge
• Open to coaching and on-going education of products

Physical Qualifications:

• Long stretches of time sitting down and using a computer and phone
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly throughout the day
• Extended periods of time reading a computer screen
• Repetitive motion for data entry
