Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR professional to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce. This role is ideal for an experienced HR practitioner who combines a strategic business partner mindset with deep expertise in one or more HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), particularly Workforce Planning, Talent Analytics, and Organizational Design. As a key driver of our people strategy, this individual will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering specialized programs that foster talent growth and organizational effectiveness.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions, uncover insights, and measure impact. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of HR technology or analytics tools to elevate the function, streamline processes, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR colleagues or business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, change management and CI initiatives in the region.
Produce and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. - In partnership with Talent and Learning, design and implement leadership development initiatives, and career pathing frameworks.
- Facilitate culture transformation, team effectiveness workshops, and organizational assessments.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, HR COEs to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Act as a liaison between function and HR to ensure alignment and execution of HR programs.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects for continuous improvement such as program implementations, policy updates.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience through innovation and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, including both HRBP and specialist roles.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep knowledge in at least one HR COE area (e.g., L&D, Total Rewards, OD).
Hiring Range
The hiring range for Piscataway, NJ is: $105,000 - $140,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
