Position: Campus Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN-Onsite
Overview:American Structurepoint is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with the Senior Campus Recruiter and Talent Acquisition team to support high volume recruiting coordination and support University program events. You will play a key role in our candidate experience during the interview process and the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Campus Recruiter to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for various types of roles.
- Manage the interview process to ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Work closely with the Campus Recruiter to support external-facing university events as well as intern-specific event planning.
- Help facilitate and look for continual improvement of our early career interview process
- Help drive full cycle recruiting process including offer process for early career candidates
- Willingness to take ownership of cross-functional tasks within the Recruiting team on an as-needed basis.
- Represent American Structurepoint at Campus Recruiting events as needed.
- Conduct candidate reference and background checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of iCIMS is preferred, not required.
