Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a roadway engineer
- Ability to work well and self-motivate in a collaborative team environment
- Strong team player with effective internal & external communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design for transportation projects
- Geometric, maintenance of traffic, drainage, and signing/pavement marking design as necessary
- Development and mentoring of junior staff
- Interaction with clients on technical related issues
- Development and Quality Control of construction plans, quantities, and specifications
- Development of 3D roadway models
