This position is extremely important to our practice, as this is typically the first point of contact for patients, clients, visitors and callers. First impressions are incredibly important to us. We are looking for a responsible individual who is looking for a career in an exciting and growing industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • A friendly, warm and enthusiastic personality.
  • Maintain a professional, neat and “put together “ appearance.
  • Have an interest in cosmetic surgery, injectable products and procedures, skin care services, current trends, etc.
  • Be ready and willing to learn about the practice, and the products and services we offer.
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Nextech or other EMR Knowledge, as well as Social Media experience is a plus.

Job description;

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Facilitate patient/visitor check in/check out, including scheduling follow up appointments if necessary.
  • Schedule appointments using Nextech EMR program for multiple providers.
  • Confirm, Cancel and reschedule appointments for all providers as needed.
  • Check and respond to general voicemail box periodically throughout the day.
  • Respond to messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide general information on products and services and answer general questions.
  • Prepare patient charts for multiple providers.
  • Maintain a tidy work area, and ensure waiting room is neat and clean.
  • File and pull charts for upcoming appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
