What You'll Do:
- Support full-cycle recruitment: screen candidates, schedule interviews, and help fill roles across multiple locations
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with internal communications, employee events, and engagement efforts
- Be a key part of keeping our people operations running smoothly!
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Passion for people, communication, and building culture
