- Receive and review referrals, complaints, and reports
- Open and establish case files; process financial review documents per agency procedures
- Coordinate with office supervisors to facilitate case assignments
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with agency guidelines
- Utilize the department’s case management systems and standard office software
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent data entry skills
- Administrative office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with DBPR Versa Regulations (preferred)

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative office experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Minimum 6 months of experience processing financial documents
- Minimum 6 months of experience using case management systems
