Position: Lead Java Developer

Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid 3 Days/Week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• 10 Years of strong Java fundamentals Experience
• A candidate must be hands on senior engineer who will be able to lead the team and will coordinate with offshore team members.
• Should have good communication skills as he will be interacting with business and product teams very often.
• Should be proactive and be ready to take more responsibilities.
• Should have a positive attitude and aptitude.
• Should be able to lead the team of 10 people at onshore/offshore.
• Should be able to identify project risks, keep all the stakeholders in the loop in timely manner
