American Wolf Construction is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects with precision, quality, and leadership.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction job sites from start to finish. This includes managing schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE) Allowances

Responsibilities
- Set Timelines, Client Expectations and Schedule at the beginning of each job. Meet the Forman/crew at the start of the job to discuss schedule, job scope and lead times.
- Estimate as needed whether change orders or full scope of work.
- Manage Superintendents as necessary.
- Audit Quality Control and Cleanliness of every job through superintendent, collect photos and job reports of daily activity.
- Manage the Clients, Punch Walk and Job Walks as needed.
- Order any Materials that are the responsibility of AWC. Meet with the clients and discuss materials and types as needed. Know where to send clients for showrooms or other necessary suppliers.
- Assign Scope of Work to crews and subcontractors. Maintain schedule and timelines.
- Maintain and Execute all budget requirements.
- Ensure All Tasks, Safety, Reports and other issues are being communicated with or through the superintendent and with the client.
- Manage Communications with the client, designer and crews/subcontractors.
- Assign Tasks as needed through office, communicate job starts and job completions. Approve subcontractor invoices weekly. Notify the office of any change orders or additions to the scope of work.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution- identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks (e.g., delays, budget overruns, or safety issues).
- Resolving Conflicts or issues that arise among crews, subcontractors, or clients.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight - Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards beyond general safety mentions and obtaining necessary permits or coordinating inspections.
- Documentation and Reporting - maintaining detailed project documentation (e.g., contracts, change orders, or progress reports). Preparing final project closeout documents, such as warranties or as-built drawings.
- Coordination Beyond Clients and Crew- such as architects, engineers, or consultants, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Resource Allocation and Workforce Planning- Expand on assigning scope of work to include workforce planning, such as ensuring adequate staffing levels or managing crew schedules.
- Technology and Tools Management - Include using project management software or tools for tracking progress, budgets, or schedules
- Client Feedback and Post-Project Follow-Up - Add collecting client feedback after project completion to improve future performance or maintain client relationships.
- Training and Team Development - training or mentoring superintendents and crews to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
- Change Management Process - change orders, documenting, communicating, and approving changes to the scope
- Sustainability and Environmental Considerations - managing sustainable practices or environmentally friendly materials, as clients increasingly value this.
