Description of Administrative and Accounting Assistant:
- Billing, contract administration and collections
- Prepare weekly customer invoices
- Assist local managers w/their job budgets, schedule of value's and insurance information
- Review and process local departmental timesheets
- Other billing and contract admin duties assigned
Details of Administrative and Accounting Assistant:
- Monday - Friday
- $18-22 DOE
- 7:30am - 4:30pm
Requirements and Qualifications of Administrative and Accounting Assistant:
- Intermediate or above experience in Excel, Word, and all Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in handling and keeping confidential information
- Able to multi- task and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements of Administrative and Accounting Assistant:
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
-Visually able to read forms, letters, and accurately transcribe into computer records
