The Position:
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Consumer Lending Manager who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. You will be responsible for the overall loan operations management and oversight of the consumer loan staff. This includes all lending support functions, efficient loan processing for the various lending channels, and expedient underwriting and processing. Directly aligning lending processes to our digital first strategy.
As the Consumer Lending Manager your primary responsibilities will be to development, administer and implement policies, procedures, programs and systems that support and further the strategic goals of the department and the credit union. You will also be expected to effectively manage the lending system to deliver timely credit decisions, integrate accuracy to core systems and provide appropriately managed credit risk. As the Consumer Lending Manager you will also be called upon to lead and develop the Consumer Lending team - developing a high performing team by creating an engaging and rewarding work environment.
