Data Entry Clerk - Online Room

ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As an Online Room Processor, you will process License and Title and Renewal requests via online state portals. This is a Fulltime, in-office position.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: $19/hr.

Next Hire Date: 8/19/2025 or 8/26/2025

Currently we are offering a $500 Sign on Bonus!

$150 payable after 90 days, $350 payable after 6 months from your start date.

What you will be doing:

• Process License & Title and Renewal request via Online State portals
• Review provided documents and verified state requirements.
• Prep applications and supporting documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding status of transactions.
• Verify accuracy and completion of documents. 
• Research and resolve issues.
• Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

• Previous DMV experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient in proprietary software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
• Proficient Data Entry skills
• Zendesk experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
