Position Summary:
We're seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. This is a part-time, field-based role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with property managers, contractors, insurance professionals, and other potential referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person outreach to property managers, restoration companies, general contractors, and insurance adjusters in Colorado Springs and nearby areas
Schedule and attend meetings, lunches, and networking events to promote AmeriForce services
Drop off marketing materials and build brand recognition across the region
Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, or team meetings in Denver or other parts of Colorado
Track interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM (training provided)
Work closely with the Denver-based team to relay opportunities and assist in coordinating inspections or proposals
Requirements:
Must live in or near Colorado Springs
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or restoration/abatement industries is a plus
Compensation:
Hourly rate (based on experience)
Gas reimbursement or mileage allowance
