Client Service Specialist – Panoramic Wealth Advisors (Ameriprise Financial Franchise)
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Panoramic Wealth Advisors, a well‑established Ameriprise Financial team, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support our growing financial planning practice. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth, exceptional experience for clients while supporting advisors with operational and administrative needs.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys handling detailed administrative work, and is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. You will play a key role in client preparation, office operations, data management, and ongoing service delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Service & Administrative Support
- Greet clients in the office and manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office flow
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule client appointments
- Correspond with clients, financial institutions, and internal team members via phone, email, and written communication
Client Meeting Preparation
- Prepare agendas, gather documents, and generate reports and materials for client meetings
- Research and compile information needed by advisors for client reviews
- Maintain professionalism, poise, and a polished appearance during client interactions
Office Operations & Workflow Management
- Balance multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain physical and digital client files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with workflow coordination, project tracking, and general office procedures
- Provide backup support to team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality client service
Data & Systems Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, including client notes, contact details, and advisor schedules
- Prepare, organize, and submit required paperwork to financial institutions based on advisor direction and client decisions
- Learn and utilize various financial planning systems, industry software, and office applications

Our practice operates primarily in‑office which supports our team’s goals of collaboration, high level of client service, and has allowed for the growth of our team for decades. Due to the size and support available within our team, we also offer flexibility for occasional remote work when appropriate.
