AmeriQual Foods - 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and monitoring all production lines to ensure the best quality products are produced in the most safe and efficient manner.  

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise production associates, including giving work directions, scheduling, and reviewing reports and production documents and output reports.
• Communicate on a regular basis with other internal departments including Warehouse, Human Resources, Quality Assurance.
• Maintain the company’s high standards of food safety, sanitation and cleanliness in all manufacturing facility areas.
• Ensure associates are properly trained on all production/manufacturing responsibilities and safety requirements.
• Monitor production lines regularly to assure that GMP’s and Safety procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities and help implement actions to achieve efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
