Location: 1750 Wall St. Rd, Gunter, TX 75058
Pay: $17-$18 plus over time after 40 hours. (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 5am - 5:30pm
- facility maintenance minimum of 2 years
- familiar with stick shift
- Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
Ø Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
Ø Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate.
Ø Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
Ø Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.
Ø Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.
Ø Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.
Ø Cleans equipment.
Ø Paints items around facility.
Ø Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
Ø Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
Ø Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
Salary : $17 - $18
