On-Site: 1750 Wall St. Rd, Gunter, TX
The team member holding this role is an integral part of the Sales/Operations team and serves as a liaison between the manufacturing facilities, sales, logistics, and customer site leaders. This position is predominately based in the office and field frequently connecting with customer site supervisors, and internal stakeholders. This role is also responsible for the organization, implementation, coordination and scheduling of projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Routinely performs customer site visits to ensure effective coordination, timing, and sequencing of AmeriTex products
- Operates with a strong orientation towards customer service while managing internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Serves as liaison between dispatch, manufacturing facility, sales, and customer site leaders
- Reviews the project in-depth to schedule manufacturing and estimated costs
- Prepares internal reports pertaining to job status
- Escalates any issues or potential issues between stakeholder groups in order to provide seamless service to our customers.
- Works closely with the project coordination team to prioritize and focus customer expectations
- Reviews CAD drawings for accuracy and makes recommendations.
- Act as a champion for AmeriTex products
- Other duties as assigned by the management team

EDUCATION
- Associate degree and five years of experience in a business, construction or manufacturing environments
EXPERIENCE
Five years of experience in a construction environment and performing a project management role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
